We earned the "Great Place to Work" recognition, reaffirming our commitment to an exceptional work environment. Our founder, Irina Arsene, received the EY "Inspiring Woman of the Year Award", celebrating visionary leadership in our journey.

2023

/Global Reach

We expanded with mindit.io Swiss, secured HG332 state aid, developed a groundbreaking ML platform for publishing, and reached 200 team members.

2022

/Innovation Hub

We attained Microsoft Gold and TIBCO partnerships, pioneered Foodtech innovation, entered Pharma AI&CI, expanded with offices in Cluj, Iasi, and Sibiu, and earned ISO9001 certification.

2021

/ Adaptation

We embarked on our first projects in Switzerland's national health sector, broadening our expertise and welcomed our first foreign colleague. Most importantly, we pioneered innovative strategies to stay united and productive during the pandemic.

2020

/ Milestone

It was during this year that we established our first dedicated TIBCO team. Furthermore, we celebrated a significant milestone when our team grew to include 100 talented individuals.

2019

/ Expansion

We expanded our footprint by adding a second office in Bucharest. Additionally, we ventured into the world of Banking projects, broadening our expertise and offerings to better serve our clients.

2017

/ Inception

Irina Arsene founded mindit.io, specializing in custom software engineering, with our first office in Bucharest. We started our first Retail and Integration projects, setting the foundation for growth.
