At mindit.io, we pride ourselves on being a kind community shaping global software engineering, and in 2022, more than in any other year, we believe that we’ve added even more bricks to our strong foundation.

Our mission is to be the partner of choice for our people, our customers, and our community, and we have this in mind with every action we take, and for every project we work on.

We attended loads of events, and we organized a lot of internal ones as well. At mindit.io knowledge-sharing and constantly learning new things is part of our DNA.

When you add being surrounded by nothing but amazing and talented minds, you’re basically getting a perfect mix of learning, working and having fun, all as part of one big united team.

Year after year, our community grows bigger and better, and we have to thank all the people who make being part of the mindit.io journey such a fantastic and unique experience.

As the year is ending, we are now +250 IT specialists with expertise in various industries, such as retail, fintech & wealth management, healthcare, banking, publishing and foodtech.

In 2022, mindit.io was recognized by Clutch among Romania’s Top Software Developers for 2022, and as a Clutch 100 Leader for Sustained Growth.

But together, as a team, we achieved so much more…

We won the “Best Benefits Strategy Award” at our very first Employer Branding Awards participation, we were included in "Made in Romania's" TOP 50 Companies, and we also received 3 Silver Stevie Awards for the following categories:
