Responsibilities:

• Modernize our customers' software products by rethinking the classical interaction with legacy applications and integrating AI
• Lead the Generative AI adoption inside the organization and be our voice in front of the community
• Keep an eye on the rapid changes in this ecosystem and propose new directions to follow
• Mentor other team members, share knowledge, act as a trainer for the internal community

What are we looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects
• Expertise in developing and deploying AI models, working with real-world datasets and production environments
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Strong mathematics background
• Very good problem-solving skills
• Very good communication and collaboration abilities
