For this role: We are looking for a curious and creative person with a passion business analysis. You will be working alongside a team of other accomplished developers, delivering complex data-driven projects across a variety of products to bring value together to our partner who has a 40% market share of retail travel worldwide.
What we are looking for:
Business understanding and hands-on experience in requirements lifecycle management (elicitation, documentation, review, signoff)
Analytical thinking & ability to coherently organize information (in speech and in writing) – gets the big picture, explains things clearly, going from high-level into mid/low-level etc.
Curious to understand/learn about technical things like development flows
Good ability to moderate a meeting (maintain people’s attention, align them in conversation, keep them on track, reach the purpose of the meeting etc.
A get-things-done attitude
Responsibilities:
Creating the Business Requirements Document (BRD) by collaborating closely with our client and translating their inputs into detailed specifications for the development team
Maintaining a strong relationship with both stakeholders and the development team
Holding business calls, demos, presentations, and prioritization of the project backlog
Ensuring compliance with agreed-upon requirements
Developing project scope and boundaries
Performing technical assessment/option
Developing data models and process flows
Creating Mock-ups for user interfaces
Performing/Assisting UAT
Suggesting process improvements techniques/methods
Assisting in effort estimations
Facilitating implementations through trainings/presentations
Supporting change management
Nice to have:
SQL query knowledge
Databases (nothing complex, enough to give specifications for organizing data and some minimal debugging / analysis queries)
