What we are looking for:

• The strive to constantly improve application development processes and tools
• Excellent skills: Angular 15, Java Spring boot 2.7, Microsoft SQL, Elastic Search
• Good understanding of Java 11 concepts
• Experience in Web services producer and consumer development – SOAP and RESTful with Spring and web services security
• Experience with Java Design patterns (MVC, DAO, Singleton, Factory, Builder, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Experience with Spring Data JDBC or equivalent
• Experience with Microservices, Dockers, Kubernetes
• Experience in Unit and Integration testing with JUnit, Mockito
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Other tools: GIT, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube
• Able to understand, challenge and document technical specifications and tasks
• Able to install/deploy and maintain the product
• Able to debug and investigate issues in the product
• Able to prioritize the work, can distinguish urgency and importance, and act accordingly
• Able to estimate the effort, come up with solutions, have arguments, and make decisions, by consulting the most appropriate stakeholders
• Able to work on pull requests, ensure to perform team’s code reviews, and solve any comments and issues flagged by the developers
• Able to identify technical risks and mitigation solutions
• Passion for creating great user experiences
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
