For this role:

We are looking for a person who graduated from law school or has experience with managing acquisitions contracts or clients. Also, it is necessary that the person who will come in this role, to manage the legal part as well.

What you'll do:

- Part of Business support functions team, facilitating internal projects related to the holacracy culture and other strategic projects

- Reviewing international and local contracts

- Helping with maintaining the GDPR law

- Remote office admin and HR coordinator for our Switzerland office

- Conduct various international and local research for legal requirements, tax requirements and employment practices

- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentations

- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the office schedule

- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking

- Maintaining general office files

- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture

- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment

- Handling the distribution of equipment for the employees

- Calculating expenses for possible/future work travels

What you bring (experience & qualifications):

- Excellent oral and written communication skill

- Ability to present our company

- Effective time-management abilities

- Ability to quickly make the best decisions based on current events

- Fluent English

- German language knowledge is a plus
