In the world of speed, our client is determined to facilitate its customers the access to their products as soon as possible, when they really need them.
One step to achieve this was the optimizing of the issuing process for debit and credit cards, for which mindit.io contributed with a solution which offered the possibility for a client to enter a bank’s branch and leave with a usable card in a matter of minutes.
The solution was an orchestrated flow and a couple of services which automated the processes between the command sent by the operator with the necessary data and the activation of card and PIN, while including the governance particularities of each type of card – debit and credit.
Since for the credit card there was the need to interact with various other systems, additional services were developed so that all other applications are easily integrated with the flow, including legacy applications. The solution has been installed in production and has been used with great success by customers.
