Real-Time API for Self-Care Banking Channels

Bank that operates in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). With more than 45,000 employees it serves 14+ million customers.

Our client was in need for the the evaluation and implementation of a Real – Time API that would be used by the bank self-care channels (mobile, web) in order to search and aggregate through TBs of customer transactions.

As part of this project, we’ve evaluated multiple options for indexing and searching through data, and as well multiple options for implementing the REST end-point. The final reach was to pick the best suited technology stack to achieve high throughput, with low latency and fast response times.
